No Bake Christmas Lush

This No-Bake Christmas Lush is the ultimate holiday showstopper. It features four dreamy, distinct layers—a buttery golden Oreo or shortbread crust, a sweet vanilla cream cheese layer, a rich velvety layer of instant white chocolate or chocolate pudding, and a mountain of fluffy whipped cream topped with festive holiday sprinkles or crushed peppermint.

Best of all, it requires zero oven time, making it a stress-free dessert to prep ahead for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups crushed Oreo cookies (or vanilla golden Oreos/graham crackers)

  • ⅓ cup unsalted butter, melted

For the Cream Cheese Layer:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature

  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar

  • 2 tablespoons whole milk

  • 1 ½ cups frozen whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed (or sweetened whipped cream)

For the Pudding Layer:

  • 2 boxes (3.4 oz each) instant vanilla pudding mix (or white chocolate/chocolate pudding)

  • 3 cups cold whole milk

For the Topping:

  • 2 ½ cups remaining whipped topping

  • Festive holiday sprinkles, crushed candy canes, or chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions

1.Make the Crust:Mix crushed cookies with melted butter and press firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish.

In a medium bowl, mix the crushed cookies and melted butter together until the mixture resembles wet sand. Pour the mixture into a 9×13-inch baking dish and press it firmly and evenly into the bottom. Place the dish in the refrigerator or freezer for 10 minutes to set while you prepare the next layer.

2.Make the Cream Cheese Layer:Beat softened cream cheese, sugar, and milk until smooth, then fold in whipped topping.

In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and milk together until completely smooth and creamy. Gently fold in 1 ½ cups of the whipped topping until well combined. Spread this mixture evenly over the chilled crust.

3.Make the Pudding Layer:Whisk instant pudding mix and cold milk for 2 minutes until thickened, then layer over cream cheese.

In a separate bowl, whisk the instant pudding mixes and cold cold milk together for about 2 minutes until the pudding begins to thicken. Carefully pour and spread the pudding evenly over the cream cheese layer. Let it sit in the fridge for 5 minutes to firm up slightly.

4.Top and Chill:Spread remaining whipped topping over the pudding and add festive holiday garnishes.

Spread the remaining 2 ½ cups of whipped topping evenly across the top. Generously garnish with holiday sprinkles, crushed candy canes, or red and green decorating sugar.

5.Chill and Serve:Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) before slicing and serving.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or ideally overnight, so the layers set into clean, beautiful slices. Serve cold and enjoy the festive layers!
